1. Who we are
Tixible is a software company based in Abuja, Nigeria. This policy covers data collected through our website, our demo and contact forms, and — once live — TBMS Trader accounts. Contact: hello@tixible.com.
2. What we collect
Right now, from this site: when you fill out a demo or contact form, we collect your name, email address, what you're interested in, and any message you choose to add.
Once accounts are live (planned):
- Login credentials — passwords are never stored in plain text.
- Broker connection details (your MetaApi credentials) — encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption, never displayed back to you or anyone else after entry.
- Identity verification data — a national ID number and a live facial match, collected once at registration to confirm you're a real, unique person before your free trial starts.
- Trading and usage data — your risk settings, trade journal entries, and performance analytics, tied to your account.
3. Why we collect it
- To operate the service — connect to your broker, run your configured strategies, and show you your own journal and analytics.
- To respond to demo and contact requests.
- To prevent free-trial abuse — the ID and facial check exists so the free month is funded once per real person, not once per email address.
- To meet legal and regulatory obligations that apply to us.
4. Identity and biometric data
A national ID number and a facial match are sensitive personal data under Nigeria's Data Protection Act / NDPR, and under equivalent regimes (such as the GDPR) for users based elsewhere. When this feature goes live, we intend to:
- Collect it only with your explicit, informed consent at registration — not silently.
- Use it solely to verify you're a real, unique individual, for nothing else.
- Retain it only as long as necessary to complete verification, on a retention schedule we'll publish before this feature launches.
- Never sell it, or share it with anyone outside what's strictly necessary to perform the verification itself.
5. How we protect it
- Broker credentials: encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption.
- Account access: short-lived, token-based authentication.
- Passwords: never stored in plain text.
6. Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal data. Your broker credentials are used only to connect to the broker account you specify — we never pool, hold, or move your funds ourselves. We may disclose data if legally required to.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you're based, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data under NDPR, GDPR, or an equivalent local law. To exercise any of these, email hello@tixible.com.
8. Data retention
Demo and contact form submissions are kept until your request is resolved, or until you ask us to delete them. Account and trading data (once live) will be kept for the length of your subscription plus a reasonable period for our own records — exact periods will be finalized and published before public launch.
9. Age requirement
Our products aren't intended for anyone under 18, or under the legal age to trade leveraged financial products in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
10. Changes to this policy
We'll flag material changes clearly, especially anything affecting how identity or biometric data is handled.
