This policy explains how and when you receive what you buy from Tixible Technologies ("Tixible").
1. Digital products (templates, guides, ebooks, courses)
- Delivered instantly after successful payment: you get a download link on screen and by email.
- Didn't get it within 1 hour? Check your spam or promotions folder, then email support@tixible.com with your order number and we'll resend it within 1 business day.
2. Services (websites, apps, automations, design)
- After payment we confirm your project details and start date within 2 business days.
- Delivery dates for each stage (milestone) are set out in your quote.
- Work is delivered by email or a shared link.
- Delays caused by missing information or feedback from you move the delivery date by the same amount of time.
3. Delays
We'll tell you promptly if your order is delayed. If we can't deliver within a reasonable time, you can cancel and get a refund as set out in our Refund Policy.
