1. Trading leveraged products carries real risk
TBMS Trader trades gold (XAUUSDm) and crude oil (USOILm) as leveraged CFD/forex-style instruments. Leveraged trading carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. Depending on your broker's terms, you can lose more than the amount you deposited. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
2. No guarantee of profit
Nothing about TBMS Trader — its strategy design, its risk controls, or any figures shown in a demo or dashboard preview — is a guarantee of profit. Past performance, and any demo or simulated results, are not a reliable indicator of future results. Figures shown as illustrative are exactly that: illustrative, not a real track record, until we publish one.
3. This is automated execution
Once you connect a broker account and enable live execution, TBMS Trader places real orders automatically based on the rules and risk limits you've configured — without a human re-checking each individual trade in the moment. The risk stack (drawdown halt, loss-streak cooldown, correlated-exposure guard, position-sizing floor, same-symbol conflict hold, emergency stop-all) is designed to reduce risk, not eliminate it. Software bugs, connectivity issues, and broker-side problems can all still affect execution.
4. You control your own funds
Tixible never pools, holds, or has custody of your money. Each user connects their own broker account through their own MetaApi credentials, and TBMS Trader only ever trades on that account, within the limits you set. You are solely responsible for the funding and risk decisions on your own broker account.
5. Start on a demo account
We strongly recommend running TBMS Trader on a demo account first and reviewing a full track record in your own trade journal before connecting any real money. Live execution always requires your explicit approval, and you can force-close every open position and halt the engine immediately using the emergency stop-all control at any time.
6. Regulatory status
TBMS Trader is pre-launch and not currently open for public signup. Offering automated trade execution as a paid service may require financial-advisory or CTA-style registration in some jurisdictions. We're reviewing this before opening public access, and availability may be limited or delayed depending on the outcome, including in your specific location.
