- Who you're talking to: some messages, emails and drafts from Tixible are prepared with the help of AI systems and reviewed under our quality and approval processes. If you ask whether you are talking to a human or an AI, we will tell you honestly.
- Human responsibility: prices, contracts, refunds and important decisions are approved by a person at Tixible.
- AI-generated content: some images, videos, text or code we deliver may be created or assisted by AI. Where a platform or law requires it, AI-generated media is labelled.
- Accuracy: AI output can contain mistakes. We review deliverables, but you should check important information (for example legal, financial or technical details) before relying on it.
- Your data: we do not use your confidential project data to train public AI models. Data you share is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
